Directive 2014/68/EU PED
EMIS company has again proved high quality of manufactured products. In October we gained a Certificate which confirms that our vortex flowmeter EMIS-VIHR 200 complies with the essential safety requirements of European Pressure Equipment Directive 2014/68/EU PED.
Certification audit group Kiwa carried on inspection of all steps of flowmeter manufacturing starting from the raw materials warehouse and ending with finished product. Special attention was paid on welding production, quality control and machining process.
Besides, audit group confirmed that quality control system of EMIS company conforms requirements of Directive and other European regulatory documents.
Welding production of EMIS CJSC previously was certified under EN ISO 9606-1:2018 European standard “Qualification tests of welders. Fusion welding. Part 1. Steels”. This certification is obligatory condition to obtain Conformity Certificate to Directive 2014/68/EU PED.
In December we will obtain the same type of certificate for Coriolis mass flowmeter EMIS-MASS 260.
