Differential Pressure Transmitter EMIS-BAR
The Differential Pressure Transmitter EMIS-BAR is a precision instrument designed to measure the pressure difference between the positive and negative sensor cavities. This device is particularly effective for flow measurement in pipelines, utilizing reducers to create a controlled obstacle for liquid or gas flow. As the flow passes through the reducer, its characteristics change, and the transmitter measures the pressure difference before and after the reducer. The greater the pressure difference, the higher the flow rate in the pipe.
Key Features and Modifications
The EMIS-BAR transmitter is available in several configurations to meet diverse industrial needs:
- 143 Traditional-Mount: Standard differential pressure transmitter for general applications.
- 153 Traditional-Mount High Static Differential Pressure Transmitter: Designed for applications with high static pressure conditions.
- 183 with Remote Diaphragm Seal: Ideal for processes requiring isolation from the medium.
- 184 with Remote Extended Diaphragm Seal: Suitable for applications with extended measurement requirements.
- 185 with One Remote Diaphragm Seal and One Remote Extended Diaphragm Seal: Combines flexibility and precision for complex processes.
- 193 Traditional-Mount Micro Differential Pressure Transmitter: Compact design for micro differential pressure measurements.
Applications
The EMIS-BAR transmitter is widely used in industries such as oil and gas, chemical processing, water treatment, and energy production. Its ability to provide accurate flow measurements makes it an essential tool for process optimization and efficiency.
