In October, 2016 vortex flowmeter EMIS-VIHR 200- PPD of EMIS CJSC production was installed on the water supply well of South-Shinginskoe field.

For all the time of operation the flowmeter had provided the reliable functions execution with the indication of the current and accumulated flow values in winter-time operation (with the temperature from -52°С). At that no fault or other malfunctions to find with the work of the flowmeter. The digital flowmeter indication provided the completed information about parametric variation and permitted to diagnose the flowmeter in situ. The flowmeter has unified current, pulse and digital RS485 with Modbus RTU protocol output, that gives the opportunity to integrate it in the upper DCS level.

The operating flowmeter EMIS-VIHR200 is regularly connected with the standard clamp-on flowmeter Katflow 200 (accuracy 3%) to control metrological characteristics. The readings noted are within the measurement accuracy.
