Gauge Pressure Transmitter EMIS

Transmitters measure the pressure above atmospheric pressure. The sensor is influenced by the medium pressure from one side and by atmospheric air from the other. The sensor is made as the single-crystal silicone diaphragm equipped with piezo resistors. In some modifications the sensor is protected from the medium and environment exposure with the process isolating diaphragms and fill fluid. There is a possibility to choose fill fluid type and diaphragm materials. Particular modifications of EMIS-BAR, all options, including electronic unit and the enclosure types are listed in the Operation Manual

  • 105 – Traditional-mount process connection
  • 113 with Fully-Welded Diaphragm Seal
  • 173 with Remote Diaphragm Seal
  • 174 with Remote Extended Diaphragm Seal.
EMIS-BAR 173 and 174 allows operation at a temperature of the measured medium from -90 to 400 ° C. 4-20mA output signal applied with current loop power. The digital HART protocol overlapping on the analogue signal does not cause on its direct component. According to HART protocol connection diagram the transmitter is connected by the loading resistor with the resistance of 250 … 500 Оm.
