In 2013, the TSTSNG-8 of LUKOIL-PERM LLC was received for pilot operation the vortex EMIS-VORTEX 200-PPD-050 flow converter, head No. 5988 (Chelyabinsk), complete with straight sections and installation kit.

In November 2013, the converter was installed at the well PPD TSTSNG-8 (Baklanovskoye

field).

For a year and a half of operation, the following was revealed:

• stable operation over the entire range of 1-64 m3 / h;

• declared metrological characteristics (error ±1.0%);

• standard sensor mounting (same as DRS mounting);

• the interval between verifications is 4 years;

• there are no failures or malfunctions

The vortex EMIS-VORTEX 200-PPD-050 flow converter has successfully passed pilot

operation, meets the declared metrological and technical characteristics and can be used at the facilities of LUKOIL-PERM LLC.
