From April 23, 2015 to June 10,2016 the managed maintenance of the flowmeter EMIS-VIHR 200 PPD-150/500-GP was performed in the PPD branch of ООО "RN-Purneftegas".

The tests were performed to specify the design reliability and running efficiency, range evaluation of flowmeter application.

The key performance indicators of the pilot tests program:

• During the pilot tests the actual flowmeter EMIS-VIHR 200 PPD-150/500-GP parameters should conform to the manufacturer's performance ratings;
• During the pilot tests the flowmeter EMIS-VIHR 200 PPD-150/500-GP availability should conform to the declared one.

In April 23, 2015 year the flowmeter above mentioned installation and start-up were performed with the following starting characteristics:

For all the time of operation no fault to find with the work of the vortex flowmeter " EMIS-VIHR"; actual parameters conform to the manufacturer's performance ratings. The calibration interval is 4-yearly that is the main advantage of this equipment to the other analogues.

Development:

During the pilot tests the flowmeter EMIS- VIHR 200 has testified as reliable measuring instrument conformed to all manufacturer's performance ratings. The maintenance service can be performed on-the-site.

Conclusion:

To identify the vortex flowmeter EMIS-VIHR200 PPD-150/500-GP as passed the tests on the ООО RN-Purneftegas fields in full and recommend it to apply on all ООО RN-Purneftegas fields.
